In the September 2020 Twinsburg Mayor’s Report, Mayor Yates gives information about the November ballot petitions and what the potential Charter amendment would do to the City’s finances, the MetroParks annexation and the re-opening of Aaron and Moses!
Mayor Yates gave this update during the March 19th, 2020 City Council meeting during the Mayor’s Report.
The 2019 Candidate Forum was held on Monday, October 21st, 2019 at the RB Chamberlin Middle School. The event was hosted by the Twinsburg Council PTA and the Twinsburg Chamber of commerce. As I said in a previous post, I’ve had several people this election season reach out to me asking about candidates for the November 5th election. These videos, brought to you by Twinsburg Talk , allow you to get answers directly from the candidates.
Community Focus (formerly Cable 9 Television) conducted their Election 2019 Dialogue Series where they sat down with all the candidates and asked them questions about their races and Twinsburg in general. This, in my opinion, is the best way to get to know a candidate – directly from the candidate.

Video from the August 2nd, 2018 Sober House Community Forum. This public Town Hall meeting was organized so the property owners could address concerns and field resident questions. The City’s Law Director, Mayor and City Council members were present and fielded resident questions as well.
During the July 10th Council Meeting we were treated to a presentation by Vince Crawford from Waste Management talking about the recycling program in the City of Twinsburg. Vince explained how China has banned the import of certain paper and plastic products and how this has effected recycling in Twinsburg.
It’s super exciting to see the new clubhouse coming together. It’ll be awesome to have another location in town to show off our Tiger Pride!
