As you know the Meadowood roundabout is open and operational. I have received quite a bit of feedback and I wanted to share what’s being done at this point.
First a reminder… traffic IN the roundabout ALWAYS has the right of way. That being said, not everyone realizes this (especially southbound traffic on Route 91) so I urge you to proceed with caution at all times.
Thursday, October 10th through Friday, October 11th: *Expect delays due to paving* Southbound lanes are being surfaced with asphalt today. Paving at the Meadowood Drive intersection will have a short term impact to access during placement and cooling of the pavement.
Monday, September 30th – Meadowood Blvd and Ethan’s Drive will be reopened by end of day. Beginning Tuesday, October 1st – Glenwood Drive at the Darrow Road intersection will be closed to all eastbound / westbound traffic for approximately 14 days.
I got to spend this morning at my middle son’s school for the Dodge Father’s Walk. It was an outstanding event that reminds me how lucky I am to be his Dad.
The Twinsburg Fire Department will conduct training and perform a controlled burn of a building on the Reuter-Stokes Twinsburg campus on Saturday, September 14th, 2019.
I had an awesome time supporting The Friends of Twinsburg Parks yesterday at the first annual Jo-Ann McFearin Neighbors and Friends Golf Scramble!
I was honored to play in the 11th Annual Josh Miktarian Memorial Scholarship Golf Outing yesterday. I played the round with Mayor Ted Yates, Ward 1 Councilman Sam Scaffide and At-Large Councilman Scott Barr. I can’t say we played ‘well’ but we had a wonderful time supporting an even better cause.
