During the Sober House Community Forum on August 2nd residents requested the City of Twinsburg get an outside legal opinion as it pertains to our zoning. This ‘Client Memorandum’ was prepared by R. Todd Hunt from Walter Haverfield, LLP regarding the proposed Sober Home.
Video from the August 2nd, 2018 Sober House Community Forum. This public Town Hall meeting was organized so the property owners could address concerns and field resident questions. The City’s Law Director, Mayor and City Council members were present and fielded resident questions as well.
I have had several conversations and emails from residents inquiring about the Recovery Residence (Sober House) to be located at 1890 Edgewood Drive.
