Twinsburg Senior Candidates Night – September 21, 2022

I’ve had several people ask me for information about the candidates for this upcoming November 8th election. As you know, Mayor Ted Yates left Twinsburg when he took a job as the Village Manager for Islamorada, Village of Islands, Florida. Per our Charter a special election will be held to fill the remainder of his term (ONE YEAR). The candidates include Sam Scaffide (current acting Mayor and Ward 1 Councilman), Bill Furey (current At-Large Councilman), Ron Fruscella (currently Twinsburg Police Dept. and School Resource Officer, John Porter (former Twinsburg Service Dept. Member) and Brian Steele (former Ward 2 Councilman and former Twinsburg Police Dept).
