Sober Home Outside Legal Opinion
During the Sober House Community Forum on August 2nd residents requested the City of Twinsburg get an outside legal opinion as it pertains to our zoning. This ‘Client Memorandum’ was prepared by R. Todd Hunt from Walter Haverfield, LLP regarding the proposed Sober Home.
The Memorandum is thorough and detailed relating to the issues currently before the City.
The Memorandum is captioned “Privileged & Confidential”. This is common practice for any legal opinion prepared for a client. However, the City has publicly announced that the contents of the opinion would be made public and our Law Director has no objection to the Memorandum being disclosed to residents.
