WHAT IS THE BZA?
The Board of Building & Zoning Appeals (BZA) plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and orderly development of the City of Twinsburg. Established under Section 7.09 of the City Charter, this five-member board is comprised of one resident from each of the city’s five wards, appointed by City Council to serve staggered three-year terms. These community representatives bring diverse perspectives to important decisions that help uphold zoning and building standards across the city.
