Resident Questions – Wilcox Meadows

I’ve had several questions about what is being built near the railroad tracks on Darrow Road / Route 91.

The development, known as Wilcox Meadows, will be a Senior (55 and older) long-term rental complex.

There will be 71 single story cluster style units in total. 15 total buildings with four to six units each.

Each unit will have their own entrance and attached garage.
