May 7th is Election Day – Get Out and Vote!
I am proud to have cast my ballot on this beautiful Election Day in Twinsburg. There is only a single issue on our ballot today, Issue 5 which is a a RENEWAL of the existing Tax Levy for our schools. The reason it is marked as an EMERGENCY is because that’s the way it was originally passed and the language cannot be updated when it comes up for renewal. See a sample ballot below:
There has been quite a bit of misinformation floating around about this particular issue. This is a not a new tax.
