I have had several questions about a mailer that residents have received regarding Issue 5. I’ve been asked by why the City paid for this mailer and why they are pushing this project.

THIS IS NOT A CITY MAILING

The City administration and City Council has taken no position on this particular issue. All we have done is upheld the right of the property owner to put it on the ballot so the public can vote on the issue.
