Items on the agenda included approval of the previous meeting’s minutes, the swearing-in of Firefighter Matthew S. Hayesa, audience participation, Council communications and reports, the Mayor’s report, department head reports, legislation and an executive session to talk about personnel issues.

Legislation included acceptance of a NOPEC grant, a resolution declaring February ‘Heart Healthy Month’ and a resolution acknowledging Council’s receipt and review of the monthly financial statements for October, November and December of 2019.
