I just received this press release from Summit County Public Health and I wanted to pass it along. As you know Twinsburg passed Tobacco 21 last year which prohibits sale of tobacco and vaping products to those under the age of 21. This is an issue that is very near and dear to my heart and I urge those that are using vaping / e-cigarettes products or those with children to review this press release.

Items on the agenda included a presentation by Cory Kendrick from Summit County Public Health about Tobacco 21, audience participation, Council communications and reports, the Mayor’s report, department head reports, legislation and an executive session. Legislation included donation box regulations, Tobacco 21, property rezoning police vehicle leases, Oakwood Drive improvements and Liberty Park baseball field construction grant.
