Items on the agenda included Fitness Center Memberships (caucus), Holiday Lights (caucus), Railroad Delineators (caucus), approval of the previous meeting’s minutes, a Mayoral proclamation for Jeff Cole, audience participation, Council communications and reports, the Mayor’s report, department head reports, ten pieces of legislation and an executive session.

Legislation included:

  • An LPA agreement with ODOT for the RICHMOND-BROADWAY-SHEPARD-RAVENNA Reconstruction Project
  • An ordinance repealing Ordinance 47-2020 and confirming the tax budget for 2021.
  • An ordinance amending the current year appropriations for the general revenue account.
  • The sale at auction of property owned by the City that is no longer needed
  • A conditional use permit for Campopiano Roofing located at 2100 Case Parkway North as recommended by the Planning Commission
  • Accepting the quote of United Survey, Inc for the emergency repair of Timothy Lane storm sewers
  • The 2020 CDBG Grant Program
  • An ordinance amending the current year appropriations for the general revenue account.
  • An ordinance amending the current year appropriations for the general revenue account.
  • Appointing seven members to the Special Committee Declaring Racism a Public Health Crisis
