This traffic advisory was posted on the City’s website. Wanted to re-post it here to make sure as many people as possible are able to see it.
Darrow Rd Improvements from Glenwood Dr. to Lisa Ln. (Solon City Limits)
Monday, June 17th the traffic pattern will be changed.
North and southbound traffic will be shifted from the east side of Darrow Road to the recently constructed west side of the road.
Meadowood Drive will remain closed.
Ethan’s Drive will be closed with the posted detour route using Glenwood Drive.
This phase of work is anticipated to take approximately 2 months, weather depending. Work that will occur during this phase of construction includes curb installation on the east side of SR91, asphalt, sidewalks and lawn restoration, Ethan’s Drive curbs and splitter island, and the center island construction on SR91.
The remaining phases of work include: Glenwood/SR91 intersection modification followed by entire project asphalt surface course, final striping and signage, crosswalk installations at the Meadowood/ Ethan’s roundabout, and final landscaping with anticipated completion in the Fall 2019.
